Kobe University and Xiamen University held joint workshop in Xiamen University, Fujian Province on December 19 (Saturday). Mr. Turuo, Vice Director of JSPS Beijing Office attended at the meeting.

The theme of the workshop is East Asia Economic Growth Mode and Enterprises Running Mode under the International Financial Crisis. About 50 people including Chinese and Japanese researchers and graduate students of Xiamen University attended at the meeting. The graduate students listened to the speeches and asked questions. The meeting was held in a very warm atmosphere.
