Ecological Civilization: Managing Development and Economics for Sustainability
2013年10月11日（星期五），中国社会科学院（CASS）与日本学术振兴会（JSPS）联合举办了主题为“CASS-JSPS Forum 2013 Ecological Civilization: Managing Development and Economics for Sustainability”的学术论坛。这是JSPS继去年之后第二次与CASS联合举办学术论坛，以CASS城市发展与环境研究所研究人员为中心的50位相关人士出席了会议。
论坛上，CASS国际合作局亚非处周云帆副局长、王镭局长、JSPS北京代表处和田修所长、CASS城市发展与环境研究所潘家华所长先后致开幕辞。
在合影留念之后，中日双方研究人员分别在“Concept and Direction”、“Policy and Practice”、“Actions and Sino-Japan Collaboration”、“Management and Evaluation”这4个分组会议上发表了演讲。发表演讲的日方专家有京都大学的植田和弘教授、环境省的冈崎雄太科长助理（曾任日本驻华大使馆经济部环境领域一秘）、东北大学的明日香寿川教授、名古屋大学的高桑宗右卫门教授。演讲之后，各小组开展了热烈的讨论。最后，CASS城市发展与环境研究所的王谋教授做了会议总结。
此次论坛由CASS方面提出以环境问题为主题，因为随着中国经济的迅速发展，作为论坛主题的“Ecological Civilization”近年来已成为中国面临的重要课题。此次会议的成功举办对于推动中日共同研究具有重要意义。
JSPS北京代表处今后将继续与CASS等中国合作机构联合举办论坛等活动，加强双方的交流合作。
